Koi Pond Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Guangzhou Leqi Trading Co., Ltd. ("Leqi Trading", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Koi Pond mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Contact: support@lumidrift.app
Website: https://lumidrift.app/
2. Information handled by the App
Information stored locally
The App stores pond progress, virtual currency and food balances, unlocked items, selected koi and themes, tutorial state, audio and visual settings, reward timing, and similar preferences on your device. This information is used to provide and restore App features. You can erase it through the App's reset function or by deleting the App.
Usage and diagnostics
When analytics and diagnostics are enabled, we and our service providers may process:
- App interactions, feature selections, reward and purchase-flow events, session information, and general engagement data;
- App version, installation identifier, device model, operating-system version, language, country or approximate region, and technical configuration;
- Crash reports, stack traces, performance and diagnostic information needed to identify and fix failures.
We do not use analytics events to collect your name, email address, message contents, photos, contacts, or precise location.
Advertising
The App offers optional rewarded and interstitial advertising through Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, and Unity Ads. Depending on your region and privacy choice, advertising providers may process IP address, device and app information, advertising or installation identifiers when permitted, approximate location, ad impressions, clicks, completions, fraud-prevention signals, and diagnostics.
The first release is configured for contextual advertising and does not require App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking. We do not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising. Advertising partners may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Self-promotion and external links
The App may download images or videos from content servers used by us to recommend another app operated by us. Standard web-server logs may include IP address, request time, requested file, and basic network information. App Store and external-web links are handled by Apple or the destination website under their own policies.
Messages you send us
If you contact support or report an advertisement, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and relevant technical details. We use it only to respond, investigate, maintain safety, and satisfy legal obligations.
3. Service providers
| Provider | Purpose | More information |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase | Analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration | Firebase privacy and security |
| Unity LevelPlay / ironSource / Unity Ads | Ad mediation, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics | Unity Privacy Policy |
| Apple | App distribution, App Store links, and privacy-preserving ad attribution | Apple Privacy Policy |
4. Why we process information
Depending on applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following grounds: providing the App you requested; your consent; our legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing fraud, understanding aggregate use, and fixing crashes; and compliance with legal obligations. In regions where consent is required for advertising SDK access or analytics, you may accept or refuse before those services are activated.
5. Your privacy choices
- Consent: where shown, use the privacy notice to accept or refuse optional data processing. You may change this choice later in Settings.
- Change your choice: open Settings in the App and select Privacy Choices.
- Advertising: refusing optional advertising processing may make rewarded ads unavailable. Core pond-viewing features remain available.
- Local data: use Reset All to erase App progress and preferences, or delete the App.
- Communications: contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures can be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through Privacy Choices or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
6. Retention
Local progress remains until you reset or delete the App. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, protect users, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics, crash, configuration, advertising, and server-log information is retained under the applicable provider's settings and retention rules, then deleted or de-identified.
7. International transfers
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Children
Koi Pond is a general-audience relaxation app and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Report an advertisement
You may report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate advertisement through the App's Settings screen or by emailing support@lumidrift.app. Include the approximate time, country, a screenshot if available, and a short description. Do not include sensitive personal information.
11. Complaints and changes
You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, including the authority where you live or work in the EEA or UK. We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
