LumiDrift: Magic Particles Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Leqi Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the LumiDrift: Magic Particles iOS application (referred to below as “LumiDrift” or the “App”). LumiDrift does not require an account.
Your choice matters. Analytics and crash diagnostics are optional. You can allow or disable them at any time in Settings → Privacy Choices. Choosing essential features only does not limit LumiDrift’s core particle features.
1. Information stored on your device
LumiDrift stores preferences locally so the App can remember your particle mode, music choice, color setting, feature state, review-prompt history, and similar settings. Videos are created only when you start a recording. A prepared video remains on the device temporarily and is sent to another app or service only when you choose a destination in Apple’s share sheet.
Local App data is generally removed when you delete the App. LumiDrift does not upload your touch coordinates, recordings, photos, contacts, messages, or precise location to our servers.
2. Optional analytics and crash diagnostics
When analytics and diagnostics are enabled, LumiDrift uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to improve reliability.
Firebase Analytics
Analytics may process:
- product interactions such as opening Settings, changing particle mode, music or color options, using particle effects, recording and sharing actions, and whether an action succeeded, failed, or was cancelled;
- general session and engagement information;
- App version, device model, operating-system version, language, country or coarse region, technical configuration, and app-instance or device identifiers used by Firebase.
We do not send touch coordinates, recording contents, names, email addresses, messages, photos, contacts, or precise location as Analytics event parameters. LumiDrift uses the Firebase Analytics package without advertising-ID support and does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics may process crash reports, stack traces, relevant App state, device and operating-system information, diagnostic metadata, and Analytics breadcrumbs describing actions shortly before a crash. This information is used to investigate defects and improve stability.
Your privacy choice
In regions where prior consent is required, Analytics and Crashlytics remain disabled until you allow them. In other regions they may be enabled after the App resolves the region, but you can disable them at any time. Your choice is saved on your device. Disabling optional services stops future collection from this App installation; information already transmitted may remain for the applicable retention period.
3. Essential configuration service
LumiDrift uses Firebase Remote Config as an essential configuration service even when optional analytics and diagnostics are disabled. It lets us safely control App features and links without releasing a new build. Firebase Remote Config may process country code, language, time zone, operating-system version, Firebase App ID, bundle ID, SDK version, and basic device/App technical information. We do not use Remote Config personalization.
4. Our website and More Apps content
The App may download a More Apps icon or open a link hosted by us. Like most web servers, our server may receive standard request data such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or App networking information, and error logs. We use this information to deliver content, maintain security, and diagnose availability problems. Selecting an App Store, email, browser, or sharing destination also causes that third party to handle information under its own policy.
5. Service providers
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and supporting Firebase infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple — App distribution, App Store links, in-app browser and system sharing services. See Apple Privacy Policy.
These providers process information on our behalf or as independent providers subject to their terms and safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable transfer mechanisms.
6. Purposes, retention, and security
We process essential technical information to provide configuration and content, protect service integrity, and operate the App. With your permission where required, we process optional analytics and diagnostics to measure feature use, troubleshoot failures, and improve LumiDrift. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Firebase data retention also follows our Firebase project settings and Google’s applicable terms.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Sale, advertising, and tracking
We do not sell personal information. LumiDrift does not contain third-party advertising, does not use Firebase data for personalized advertising, and does not use information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You can change optional-service consent in the App’s Privacy Choices at any time. You may also contact us using the address below. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request; because LumiDrift has no account system, we may not be able to associate server-side records with a particular person.
9. Children
LumiDrift is a general-audience App and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when App features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date and, when appropriate, ask you to review your privacy choice again.
